I saw a bird this morning while waiting for the bus.
It was an ordinary bird, black feathers, yellow beak and yellow feet.
But what was different about this bird is that it only has 1 foot. The other one is just its legs and the foot cut off. I say it's cut off cuz of the clean line it has. It isn't a stub nor has it been bitten off by its predator. It looks like it's cut off.
And what struck me was that despite of its handicap, it still walks as if nothing is wrong. Hopping around in the bus interchange probably looking for food.
How many people you know whines and cries when they lose something?
Maybe initially you feel sad and you cry, that's fine with me. But at the end, you have to stand back up and get on with life.
Because nobody, especially the Earth, will stop going on their usual routine just because of you.
I guess I'm just feeling erms... I dunno the word. Recently, I realised that my vocabulary is getting from bad to worse. Even my Chinese is deteriorating.. =.=
I have to read more, and practise speaking and writing my English and Chinese.
P.S. I'm improving on my guitar =D
P.P.S. Project Anniversary is almost done!! =DDDDDDDDDDDDDDD

Update update update
Alright, another long post coming up I hope.
I have loads of pictures to upload but I can't seem to bother to..
I keep telling myself I'll take pictures and upload to blog but I keep forgetting and procrastinating and then.. I don't upload at all... But I'll be hardworking today and upload them for you!!

Found a heart shaped chip in our bag of ruffles.. Couldn't bear to eat it.. wahaha

Stupid fat woman wanted to snatch it from me.. But NOPE! Not gonna give her!! (she ate it in the end though cuz I couldn't bear to eat it =.=)

My new hair extensions!! You can't see the end.. It's soooooo long...... It gets heavy at times but I'm more or less used to it already. But thing is, My original hair is so much shorter than my extension that it looks weird if it's not straight cuz it protrudes out at the top while the rest of the hair is long and straight....

What I wore to the SYOGOC (Singapore Youth Olympic Games Organising Committee) meeting on the day where the fat woman went to the kelong. It's my current display picture for MSN and Facebook. =D
Can't remember what else I wanted to add in.. ohwells..
I fell down in the bus on the way to school today.. I lost my balance, and my heels got caught on the edge of the ledge of the last row and I knelt forward. My knees hurt like shit now.. =.=
My dad was so kan chiong, he went looking for the medicine to apply to the bruise just now. He was worried that I couldn't walk tomorrow cuz of the blue-black. Awww... He's the best =D
I took pictures of the bruise but I don't know how well it'll show.. I'll upload anyway.. lol..

My left leg.. See the small dot there? It hurts like shit if you touch it..

My right leg.. This knee got it bad.. there's 2 bruises cuz I knelt on the metal edge on the floor.. You know SMRT buses have a catch on the floor at the back? The edge of the catch is metal and it's elevated.. Not flat.. I fell right on it.. So clever.. =D
But if I really cannot walk tomorrow, that's nice somehow. :)
P.S. I miss boyfriend.. He's having his field camp now.. Bleah..

New shampoo
Bought a new shampoo yesterday. Tried it before I went to bed. And I woke up with perfect hair!!
Nice and soft and easily manageable.
I always thought my dandruff would get in the way of what kind of shampoo I use. And it's true, I cannot anyhow use shampoo cuz I will make it worse..
So if you are thinking of changing your shampoo or sth try Essential. I bought the Nuance Airy (the pink colour one) cuz I have flat hair.. And it's damn cheap. Shampoo, conditioner and treatment total $10 nia.
And you can get a free tote by filling out a survey and mailing it to them. So cool!!

Bus irritants
How many of you take the bus to school or to work?
Plenty right?
How many of you come across people who are very very inconsiderate in the buses?
ALMOST ALL RIGHT?
Ok.. If you didn't, let me tell you about some of them.
1. The I-think-I-have-big-balls people.
These people (usually guys) will think that their balls are too big for them to sit properly in one seat. So how? They will sit in the middle of 2 seats and open their legs wide wide. Then pretend that they are sitting correctly and even if they knew it's wrong to take up 2 seats, they do it like they have no choice cuz they have big balls. You know what I'd like to do to these people? Take the WHACKO stick we made today (really fat and hard) and hit them in the (supposed) balls. Then they will crouch and I will have a place to sit. :)
2. The My-bag-is-big-so-it-needs-its-own-space people.
These are usually aunties with little handbags. And by little, I mean LITTLE. So little that you can actually put it on your lap that little. But NO!! Their handbags are those cheapo kinds which can be bought at Pasar Malams and it looks like Gucci or Louis Vuitton or something and they think they are so "atas" (High-class Singaporean) that their bags need their own seat. How to deal with them? Quoted from Chloe "I stare, then cock an eyebrow and keep staring." Then she will feel awkward and move her bag.
3. The Super-big-schoolbag-students.
These are one of the worse kind of people who take the bus. Their school bags are bulging out, they are hunched-backed and they stink at the end of the day. But what do they do? (I see primary school kids doing this more) They go up, tap their cards, and stand near the door. =.= I mean what the hell? The door is not gonna run away from you! You have big bags, you stand at the door and you attempt to let people alight with that little space between you, your bag and the door. Hello? The aisle of the bus is not as wide as those in your school. How do I deal with them? I just ask them to move to the back or say a very loud "Excuse Me!"
4. The I'm-standing-next-to-you-but-I-need-to-talk-loudly people.
These people have no brains because they cannot differentiate the difference between near, far, loud and soft. They will talk to their friends who are probably sitting right behind them, oh wait. Not talk, shout. Yeah. They will shout to their friend who is sitting right behind them. And these friends will shout back :) How wonderful! And if you get a group of aunties, with kids. I say good luck to you. The kids will scream and run around and the aunties will be busy shouting over the din. What to do? I suggest you buy a really good noise cancellation earphones or headphones and just listen to your music. You wouldn't want to have ANYTHING to do with those people, you will only be at the losing end. Unless, of course, if you can outshout them :)
5. The I'm-so-tired-so-I'm-gonna-sleep-all-over-you people.
I think the title says it all. These people, regardless of race, religion, age or size will do it if they want to. They will board the bus, find a seat and start sleeping. And if you're lucky, you will get someone who doesn't move around. But if you don't have the best of luck that day, then you'll encounter someone who, for some reason, likes to fall on you and sleep. The best thing is some people will sleep and lie on your shoulder and refuse to wake up until you knock them on the head or something. Then some people, even better! Their heads will sway according to the movements of the bus. So you'll see rotating heads or rather nodding heads probably nodding to the tune of "na mo ah mi tuo fo...." Yes. That bad. And they are so sleepy that they don't realise it. What to do? Nudge them, and if they dun respond, say excuse me. If they still don't respond, then you have no choice but to use physical force. LOL.
Alright, I'm brain dead already. Let me know your experience with these people. Or if you have met better ones, SHARE! I believe my (very very few) readers will wanna know! :)
P.S. I have met all the above types of people. How suay am I?

プール by Hata Motohiro..
Take a listen!
Pool - Hata Motohiro
Here's the lyrics..
If you can read them, help me to translate into romaji for me k? I wanna learn how to sing it..
